 Brief Introduction to DY-7000B Chinese Full Automatic Calorimetric Instrument

We add water chilling unit on DY-7000 type to form DY-7000B Chinese full automatic calorimetric instrument to solve increased test data error caused by continuous increase of water temperature and change of water thermal capacity during continuous test so as to guarantee that under continuous test condition, the apparatus conforms to constant temperature calorimetric method specification in GB/T213-2008 Measuring Method for Thermal Value of Coal. The apparatus is mainly applicable to solid and liquid combustibles, such as thermal value measurement of coal, petroleum, foodstuff, wood and other substances. In particular, it is applicable to measurement of coal thermal value. With the apparatus, we can directly read high calorific power of sample and receive basic net calorific power at the same time. Therefore, it is can be applied to enterprise, colleges, universities, research and development departments. 

Main Feature of DY-7000B Chinese Full Automatic Calorimetric Instrument: 

1. Under continuous test condition, it fully conforms to constant temperature calorimetric method provision in GB/T213-2008 Measuring Method for Thermal Value of Coal

2. Automatic control during overall process, automatic water injection, automatic water drainage, automatic mixing, automatic ignition, automatically constant water temperature, display of instrument state, noise prompt, alarm prompt, automatic print of test result; 

3. High measurement accuracy and visual display of Chinese interface information can guarantee convenient operation, high use efficiency, reliability and durability. 

4. Up-to-date real-time clock chips are adopted to display clock, date and week in real time, automatically record test finish time, date and week which are printed in test result automatically. Instrument calibration date of last time can be recorded permanently for accurate reference of following calibration. During power off, clock chip operates normally. 

5. Data calibrated continuously for more than 5 times shall be averaged automatically and the data is saved permanently. The data can also be modified as required at any time. 

6. 2 cooling adjustment algorithms (Ruifang/international) can be selected as required. 

7. Temperature curves for inside and outside tube are drawn. We mark time coordinate point so that users can observe the whole temperature rise curve process conveniently. 

8. Both inside and outside tubes are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and three-layer structure is formed in a die and welded completed through argon arc welding. 

9. We add semiconductor cooling distribution system and advanced fuzzy control so that temperature rise of water in outside tube shall not be less than 0.01℃ after each test so as to effectively guarantee precision and accuracy of following tests.
